We’re looking for loving families to become part of our guardian program

Guardian Family Responsibilities

Guardian families play an important role in our breeding program and agree to provide a safe, loving home for their dog.

Guardian families agree to:

✔ Raise the dog as a family pet and provide a stable, loving home
✔ Maintain the dog in excellent health and condition
✔ Provide routine veterinary care (excluding vaccinations which are covered by us) and be responsible for any illness, injury, or non-breeding related medical care
✔ Keep us informed of any health concerns or changes in the dog’s condition
✔ Follow our guidelines regarding breeding and care during the dog’s time in the program
✔ Be available when the dog is needed for health testing, breeding, and whelping
✔ Feed approved food (TLC)
✔ Commit to continued training and socialization
✔ No intact males or females in the household
✔ Be able to track heat cycles
✔ Willing to bring the dog to us for breeding and whelping
✔ Prevent females from being around intact males while in heat
✔ Never leave the dog outside unattended
✔ Always keep the dog on a leash when not in an enclosed area

Additional details and expectations will be discussed with approved guardian families.

What Guardian Families Receive

✔ A high-quality puppy from our breeding program at no upfront cost
✔ Routine vaccinations covered by us when completed through our veterinarian, or equivalent reimbursement if completed through your own veterinarian
✔ A crate and a few starter items to help your puppy settle in
✔ A $500 deposit returned after the first litter
✔ A monetary bonus for the 2nd & 3rd litter
✔ Support and guidance from us throughout the dog’s life
✔ Full ownership of the dog once she retires from the breeding program
